It revolves around the romantic endeavors at the esteemed ‘Shuchiin Academy’ and its student council members: President Miyuki Shirogane, Vice President Shinomiya Kaguya, Secretary Chika Fujiwara, and Accountant Ishigami.

The situation between Shirogane and Kaguya is famously known as “Love is War.” It revolves around the intense battle of who will confess their feelings first. One of the most memorable moments in the show is when Kaguya addresses Shirogane as “Kaichou,” which means school president.
