As they embarked on this new chapter, Dunham and Brown decided to adopt a precious one-and-a-half-year-old girl named Bree. Subsequently, they exchanged vows in May of 1994, solidifying their commitment. In the years that followed, their family grew with the arrival of Kenna in 1995 and Ashlyn in 1997.

Audrey Dunham is taking legal action against Paige Dunham for the registration of AudreyDunham.com, AudreyDunham.net, AudreyDunham.us, and AudreyDunham.biz. The lawsuit alleges that Paige Dunham was aware that Audrey Dunham intended to change her name to AUDREY DUNHAM prior to registering the aforementioned domains.

After their engagement but before the wedding, the new Mrs. Jeff Dunham took the initiative and applied for trademark registration on “Audrey Dunham” for her personal fitness training services and consultancy on January 31, 2012.

According to reports, the examining attorney at the Trademark Office has determined that the mark in question is distinct and eligible for protection. Audrey is seeking to prevent Paige from engaging in cybersquatting and unfair competition by allegedly using Audrey’s identity with malicious intent. Serving as the representative for the plaintiff is attorney Willmore Holbrow.

There appears to be some ongoing tension between Dunham’s ex-wife and his current wife, and it seems likely that the conflict will persist for the foreseeable future.
